Provide the necessary information and payment details, and we will reserve the equipment for your rental date and arrange for delivery to your event address. When your rental period is over, our event technician will teardown and take care of any necessary maintenance and cleaning.

  • If you accidentally damage  rented equipment while using it, please notify us immediately. We understand that accidents can happen. The extent of the damage will be assessed, and you may be responsible for covering the repair or replacement costs. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to our party equipment damage. Your honesty in reporting any issues is greatly appreciated, and we're here to assist you in resolving the situation as smoothly as possible.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period for any equipment if you find that you need it for a longer duration than originally planned. To do so, please contact our team to discuss your requirements and coordinate an extension. We will work with you to update the rental terms and ensure the equipment's continued availability.
